Our delivery times are based on two factors:

• Preparation Time: The time it takes to prepare your order at our facilities before handing it to UPS or your chosen courier.
• Delivery Time: The shipping time you select during checkout, typically between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your chosen courier option.

Custom Flower  Boxes:

• DIY Assemble Yourself / No Logo: 1 Business Day
• DIY Assemble Yourself / With Logo: 3 Business Days
• Pre-Assembled / No Logo: 2 Business Days
• Pre-Assembled / With Logo: 4 Business Days

Preserved Roses:

• Standard: 1 Business Day Ribbons with Logo:
• Custom Ribbons: 4 Business Days

Arrangements and Gift Boxes:

• No Logo: 1 Business Day
• With Logo: 3 Business Days

Aprons:

• No Logo: 1 Business Day
• With Logo: 3 Business Days

Yes, you can customize your boxes with phrases, names, logos, or designs.
Simply upload your file during the checkout process. If there’s an issue with
the file, our team will contact you to resolve it. Otherwise, the design will
be printed exactly as submitted.

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a product that isn’t part of our regular stock, we can create a custom factory order tailored to your needs.

Custom Factory Orders:

event. For Stock Boxes you can mix colors inside your 12 units MQR. 

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for larger orders. The discount varies depending on the size of your order:

• Orders of 12+ units per size: 12% discount
• Orders of 24+ units per size : 15% discount
• Orders of 48+  units per size: 18% Discount
