Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these

Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
